📦 Shipping of pre-orders
Pre-orders are generally shipped 2 days before the official release date. We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time. Please note that orders containing pre-order items can only be shipped once all items are available.

As a member of the Advanced or Elite tier, you benefit from exclusive shipping priority.
Your order will be processed preferentially and shipped first. 🚀

🛒 Other items in the shopping cart
Please note that orders containing pre-order items can only be shipped once all items are available. This means that other items in your shopping cart will also only be shipped once all pre-ordered items are available!

⚠️ Cancellations & Reductions
Pre-orders are tied to future releases, some of which are several months away. Therefore, in some cases, and especially for highly sought-after releases, suppliers or manufacturers may make reductions or cancellations, for example due to:

- Supply bottlenecks or delays on the part of the manufacturer
- Non-delivery or reductions on the part of suppliers
- Cancellations or postponements by the publisher
- Exceeding available quotas
Should your order be affected by a reduction or even need to be cancelled, we will inform you immediately by e-mail as soon as we become aware of it and will refund the respective purchase price without deduction.
